Project OZ

Project Oz is a project based educational program that aims to teach prep-chef, artisan bread making, and wood fired baking skills to individuals age 16-24. The project is a field school program held at the Dare to Dream Institute’s campus in Michael, Illinois. Participants will market and sell the products they create through Oz Artisan bakery at local markets and events. At the end of the project students will be helped with job/educational placement that they have identified as the next step in their vocational process. High School Diplomas and GEDs are not required for acceptance into the program.
